You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Our standard shipping cost is $6.00, shipping time is up to 4-5 business days.

International shipping cost is $9.00, shipping time is up to 14 business days.

The shipping times shown are from the date of dispatch.

A signature may not always be required for delivery and if there is no one available to take delivery our carriers may attempt to leave it with a neighbor or in a safe, secure location. A card may be left to advise this to you, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact them to arrange collection or to schedule a new delivery date.

We process and ship Monday to Friday. All U.S. orders placed that request express post before 11 am (PST) will be dispatched on the same day, otherwise, it will be dispatched next business day.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, consider the following:

  1. Provide us with a phone number where you can be reached by customs when the product arrives. This phone will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
  2. Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
  3. We do not refund original shipment charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
